regular airmail from Hong Kong to some nations are not available, even if there is service the delivery time is not guaranteed.

In view of this we will ONLY ship via
         SPEED POST
which cost extra and the amount you can find out in the Detail Paypal Invoice we are sending you.

Even SPEED POST could result
in a long delay
as the HK Post may face a shortage of flight space in mail sending. And then there could be delay in the receiving country's post sevice lag.
However, the package is under scrutiny and I will follow up the sending process when there is an undue delay.
This risk has to be borne by the buyers of Best Tractor.
